The massage is generally deep and is well suited to people who do a lot of sports or who carry a lot of stress in their backs/bodies.
The massage can be more gentle if the client feels they are nervous to try Thai massage – please just tell us! Alternatively – we do offer Swedish massage which is extremely relaxing.
